Areas of responsibility include Guest Relations, Front Desk, Concierge and Service Call Centre. The position carries out procedures ensuring welcoming and efficient work processes via exemplary services, maximizing on-day performance in room occupancy and average daily rates
- Diploma in Property or Hospitality Management related;
- 1 year relevant experience in front office and guest services experience;
- Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Strong passion in provision of total quality service
(Overnight duty is not required)
